Villa Angel is located at the end of a quiet lane in a very tranquil spot in the very heart of the trendy and diverse district of Seminyak. There is parking for motorbikes and a secure gated entrance and on the main street, Pangkung Sari, there are a variety of warungs serving good local fayre, spa’s, minimarts and a pharmacy.
This great property is only a stone’s throw from Oberoi which is also known as Jalan Laksmana or Eat Street. The latter name speaks for its self and there are an ever evolving carousel of fantastic eateries on this lively street, some of the more established include Café Bali, Bistrot, Chandi, Trattoria, Ultimo, La Favela (which transforms into a night club after hours) as well as great vegan and vegetarian at Earth Café.
Scattered in between these great restaurants are some fantastic boutique style shops, spas, gelato places and hidden down a lane near Seminyak Square seek out the hipster Revolver Coffee shop which probably serves the best brew on the island.
The beach is only a short drive away, and the famous and the very fashionable Bali beach clubs The W, Potato Head and Kudeta are all within very easy reach. Additionally if you fancy some day trips, hire a car and set off in search of the famous waves of Uluwatu, strawberries and zip lining in Bedugul or yoga and mysticism in Ubud.
